Second Thoughts _ Horace Horsecollar + Mr. Simmons

I'm in the process of a crossover comic in which Disney's Horace Horsecollar is transferred to PS 118 (From Nickelodean's Hey Arnold) as Vice Principal. While there, he hits it off with (an anthropomorphized) Mr. Simmons, and their friendship proves to become something a little more complicated.
